Case without response
Goog afternoon, my sincerest apologies for seeking your Support, as a last resort the EBAY COMMUNITY and it is because l need your support and understading,there is no way to contact THE EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM , this is my last message.This situation is painful for me and l see no light for it to be resolved,the situation would be positive if l were a relative of someone there or partner perhaps,but being a member of EBay is not so important because people who have greater economic wealth do not l don’t like to lose or share a penny, l am very grateful for giving me the opportunity to express myself and let God do what needs to be done. Thank you so much.

You can talk to customer service and request a call back but if you didn't follow the correct steps then you might have a big problem. If your eBay refund request is denied then your next option is your bank/ credit card. Do NOT ask your bank or credit card for help until you have exhausted all avenues with eBay.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

GOOD AFTERNOON,VERY GRATEFUL FOR TAKING YOUR VALUABLE TIME AND SENDING ME AN EMAIL, following your advice and LINK to make a call to EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE, in which there has been no Communication Option for more than 6 months, a Mentor Volunteer openns a light window for me and sends me a Link TO MAKE A CALL AND ALSO ADVISES ME TO TRY BY ALL means to recover my money $408.00 dollars, a lady, she tells me that there is no way to recover anything, the time to do so has passed and that he was very sorry that he would send me contact with a GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION TO RECOVER MY MONEY,an absurd solution, I ask him many times for his help he says l can’ t just my loyalty as a member 14 years, l have more than 25 calls to EBAY on my Cell Phone,the only option is to CONTACT THE SELLER, THEIR RESPONSE IS INCREDIBLE , RIGHT ! ! ! Thank you.
