case was put on hold and seller still not complying
Hi nice helpful people, I've opened a case with ebay regarding a return. they have put the case on hold to give seller time to provide comply with a prepaid return label which they won't provide. What should I do next to get my refund? Do I wait until May 4 and contact ebay or will ebay automagically refund my money on May 5?
