Have you been refunded yet? If so, any link to a return label will no longer work, as eBay considers the matter settled. If the seller wants the item back, the seller will have to arrange to provide a prepaid return label outside of eBay or to pay you for return shipping.

Most sellers on eBay will issue the return label first, then refund upon successful return, but some sellers do not understand how it works and jump the gun, refunding before the return has been made.
