case resolution
**bleep**! Buyer opens case declaring he never received the item. I sent a screenshot to the buyer showing the date and time the item was delivered and sent screenshot to Ebay. I called Ebay to see if there was anything else for me to do. I was told I had absolutely nothing to worry about, and to "sleep well, you will most definitely win this decision". Two days later I get a message that Ebay sided with the buyer. **bleep**? Is this a prank joke? I thought someone was playing a joke on me. No, it was not a prank, Ebay sided with the buyer! Are you f'n kidding me? Why have a resolution center? It's obvious there is nothing you can do as a seller to win a case. Ebay will side with the buyer 99.9% of the time and the seller gets bent over. Way to go Ebay! Thanks for instilling confidence! Might as well close the resolution center, less employees to pay, more $ for Ebay. After all, Ebay isn't getting enough of the pie already!

Did the ebay order/shipping details show the item was delivered?
Did you respond immediately to the dispute?
