How long does a case possibly take been a week now waiting for eBay to make a decision, seller never sent me my package and refused to cancel my order. It’s about a month now since I order the package.

Did you open an Item Not Received Case?

The seller must respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund. If the seller doesn't respond, ask eBay to Step In when that option is available in the case.
