Case open buyer didn't receive the item
Dear sir
I just received a notification that the buyer has opened a case item not received.
The tracking number of that product is .... 7882674343
Tracking status shows knife is in clearance event and knife is in buyers region .
I think dhl wants to contact the buyer and need any kind of certificate. So as soon as dhl contact with buyer and then it will delivered .
So I request you to please step in and postpone this case for a few days extra .
One thing more, what happened if the buyer didn't respond to the DHL? Or didn't the buyer provide any information that dhl requires?what should I do next?
I do my job as I ship that knife and provide a valid tracking number. So, according to eBay policy, I am not responsible for any customs or clearance documents .
