Case Log – eBay Prescription and over-the-counter drugs policy Error
We updated the content of the affected listings and re-submitted them. However, the system is still flagging two items with a policy violation error. The issue persists even after making the recommended changes.
Requesting clarification on the exact policy trigger so we can correct and relist these products without further errors.

Mentor11 months agoThe problem is that the bots that monitor listings are looking to see if you to relist the items that were given he policy violation. They really do not know if you fixed the policy violation so they are flagging them again. Since no human looks at these it is hard to get a listing back up once is has been flagged by the bots. You can try asking customer service to look at he listing to see if they can approve it but there is no guaranty they can or will.
