This seller ( Sadamalip_79) stills my money. I bought cocoa seeds 4 Months ago, but I have not received anything yet. I sent 4 requests already. I scared of eBay now.

Did you file a Refund Request/Item Not Received dispute, and if the seller did not respond, did you go back to your Refund Request and asked Ebay to step in to help you?
If not, there is nothing that can be done now.
You may want to contact the funding source you used to pay for the item and explain that you never received the item you purchased.
