case from a seller scratch/damage the screen of my phone.

I bought a case from a seller that seems to arrived with a missing piece, they said that they were sorry for that and offer a 15% discount which haven't accepted yet, and i've been using it in my samsung galaxy fold 4 not thinking that it would cause me some trouble because it has never happened to me buying here and i just realized that the front piece scratch all the screen probably because of the missing bumper and is just a hard case (back part seems ok cause it does have the bumper)
does ebay or the seller offer a type coverage for selling product of bad quality that damaged my stuff?
