Mentor5 months agoDo not close the case. Once you do, you cannot reopen it, and the seller will not refund you. If you opened a case for Item Not Received, or a returns request for Item Not as Described, the seller needs to refund you through the case. Some sellers will tell you that you need to close the case so they can refund you. That is not the case. They need to refund through the case.
