Case closed help
Ebay refunded my money on an item I purchased because I hadnt received the item. I just got item and would like to let them know but it says case closed and doesn't give me an option to do anything else with the case. I would like them to know i received the item that way the seller doesnt have a mark or anything on him as a seller. It was the postal service fault not his and I would like them to reverse the refund and send it back to seller.

Mentor4 months agoIf the seller purchased their shipping label through eBay's shipping center and you opened an "Item not received" case and received a refund then eBay will repay the seller on their own. If this is not what happened then you would need to ask the seller how they wanted to be paid back since eBay cannot reverse refunds they made.
