I had a order shipped to me and I never received it. and I opened a case with ebay and a few days later ebay closed the case stating that the package had been delivered. I went to the post office and got documents from the post office that shows the package was sent to a different address. So I have proof that the package was sent to the wrong address but I cannot get ebay on the phone or if I had a email address from ebay suppport to send the documents to show it was sent to the wrong address. what can I do?
