Case appeal
I purchased jewellery from a seller . Stated gold filled tarnish free. Less than a week it turned and gave me a rash on my neck. The braceletand necklce changed i purchaseit at 77us. Seller insisted I returned the item. I explained that the I live in the Caribbean. Will not be able to send it back. I only have a box in the USA. I contacted ebay directly. They told me to contact seller for refund. Now seller contacted ebay to refund ebay refuse my case. I'm very disappointed as a regular and consistent buyer from seller.
