Case
I hope you are well. There is one case on my ebay that is not complete, which does not include the seller's choice, but the feedback of the case to the outsider.
That I have delivered this order and he has also received this order.
I have the tracking proof of this. I have all the proofs that the order was delivered but still it is not listening to me ebay.

The only tracking that matters is the tracking on the sold item on your eBay account. When you buy your labels through eBay the tracking is uploaded automatically for your protection. If you buy postage at the counter then you have to manually ADD the tracking number to the sold file in eBay. If you are not doing any of that you need to start doing that.
If the Buyer opens a claim that they did not receive their package (item) within 39 days of receiving it then you have to upload the tracking number to the claim.
