Mentor2 years agoThe buyer has 4 days to pay. After that, go to the item and click on cancel order with the reason buyer did not pay. This issues the buyer a strike; 2 of these in a year keeps them from bidding/making offers. You can then block them if you wish. Do not send invoices, as this increases the time (kind of restarts the clock).
