Cart or Global Shipping problem?
I'm based in the US and have a customer located in Canada who is trying to buy an item, but eBay will not allow him to put the item in his cart, or buy it now. The listing# is 277557838882. I have global shipping turned on, and when I view the listing and select Shipping Details, it shows that we deliver to Canada. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help!

Mentor8 months ago@fullarmorcycle I do see Canada on the list of ship to countries for this item. I am not sure why it's not working. Ask the seller to try using the APP or if they are on the app to use a computer instead.
