Carrier Scan Discrepancy
Hi. New seller here.
I had another user ask for a return on their purchase moments after I printed the shipping label. Because the item didn't ship, my shipping stat percentage has dropped to 96% due to no carrier scan. How do I contest to have it removed from my stats?

Mentor6 months agoLocate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
Now you need to Cancel Order with the reason Buyer requested.

OP6 months agoIt has already been canceled and I have been refunded. I don't understand why it effected my stats?
