Carrier missed delivery scan, funds on hold
I recently sold an item to a buyer in Korea. It was a designer item, so I had to ship it through an authenticator. It was marked as out for delivery, but now 2 weeks later, has still not been marked as delivered. I reached out to USPS and they stated that the package was part of a batch and was for sure delivered. Has anyone else dealt with a situation like this? How long do I wait before I file a claim with USPS? I tried to reach out to the buyer to ask them to confirm they receive the item, but haven’t received any response.
