They are not responding to my questions directly or through eBay except with a standard auto-reply, which is not helping me to process a return label. They could easily send one but refuse to. And eBay and PayPal are not helping to facilitate this return. It's like now we have your money and will make it impossible to communicate with the buyer. Very disgusted and tired of the run around.

OP3 years agoSorry, I also wanted to add, I see lots of seller protection choices but what about buyer protection choices? Along with getting direct contact with eBay, which used to be partners with pay pal.
