Cards that i sold and sent out and delivered 2 months later…
Summary: daasuperfanz69 sold two sets of Pokémon cards totaling $470, which were claimed as not received by the buyers, leading eBay to refund them. Later, notifications revealed the cards were eventually delivered almost two months later. Upon reaching out to the buyers, one responded claiming nothing was in his mailbox, leaving daasuperfanz69 without both the money and the cards.
I made two sales of Pokemon Cards totaling $470 and sent them out the very next day they were purchased. The buyers eventually said they never received the items and asked for a return and I wasn’t sure to do because I knew I’d sent the cards out. eBay sided with them and sent them their money back. Fast forward almost two months and I get notifications from both cards that they’re being delivered the next day and they both ended up getting delivered. I messaged both of them to see if they could send me the cards back. One of them replied that he would and seized that they claim to be delivered, but he claimed there was nothing in his mailbox. I’m not sure what to do because I am out the money and my cards.

Since both packages are now showing delivered, there may be an eBay Seller Protection that applies here.
First, check whether you purchased the shipping labels through eBay Labels. eBay’s current Seller Protection policy states that when an eBay label is used and an item is delivered after a refund has already been issued, eBay can automatically reimburse the seller for the item, remove the related defect, and exclude the case from service metrics.
Official eBay Seller Protection policy:

eBay also announced this protection specifically for Item Not Received claims involving packages that are later delivered.

You mentioned that eBay sided with the buyers and refunded them. Because of that, I would not simply wait and assume the reimbursement will happen automatically. Check your Payments activity first to see whether eBay has already credited either transaction.
If there is no reimbursement, contact eBay Customer Support and give them both order numbers and tracking numbers showing the new delivery scans. Ask them specifically to review the transactions under the Seller Protection for an Item Not Received claim that was later delivered.

You can also send a private message to eBay for Sellers on Instagram if you have trouble getting the issue reviewed through regular support:

I would keep your messages with the buyers polite, but I would not depend on them voluntarily returning the cards. At this point, the important evidence is that both tracking numbers now show delivery, so I would get eBay to review both refunded transactions.
