Cards not secured when I get them from Ebay Authenticating

I can't be the only person that continually gets cards from Ebays Authenticating team that are not packaged properly. Almost every time the card arrives and it has slid out of the penny sleeve and is exposed!! I had a card I am sure they damaged and I called and complained and got a little break but will never be able to recoup what I paid for the damaged card. It happens all the time! Why won't eBay use a second penny sleeve for the top of the card to protect our investments? I am sick of complaining and nothing happens! Is it too expensive foe Ebay??
