Card/Order I do not recognize
A card was delivered to me that I do not recall bidding on. I do not see it in my history either. I believe that the seller may have shipped me the incorrect card, but I do not know what the actual card should have been. How can I reconcile this?

Can you match the tracking number on the envelope you received with any outstanding orders that show delivery that you are still waiting to receive?
