Card "Rejected" at Authenticator - Help
Hi all,
I recently sold a card that was required to go to an authenticator before it was delivered to the buyer. However, much to my surprise, it is now being "Rejected by the Buyer". I am at a lost as now my account will have a large negative balance, and eBay's support is not helping as of now. What do I do? The card is 100% authentic (it is an auto with a topps cert on card), and matches what the item was listed as. How can the Buyer reject the card at this point with no reason? Any advice is appreciated!
