card purchases arriving postage due
Hi- I have been purchasing baseball cards from dealers from all around the country & a number of them have arrived postage due. I paid the first one but when the 2nd & 3rd one arrived the next day I started sending them back at the advice of the carrier. He checked to see if the problem might be caused by the local post office or the regional distribution office & neither is apparently the cause of this. We really dont know what is causing so many to come through this way. Is anyone else seeing this problem? At this point, the only thing I can suggest is for the dealers to resend them & I have the additional postage be charged to my card & I will honor it so as to not be considered a poor customer.
