Card payment declined but the cash was taken out ur account
Hi guys help wanted, I tried paying an item and the amount for that item was charge to my card but the purchase never pop in my eBay purchase list or any confirmation was given like I purchase .. how can I get that cash back?
In such a case would it but sent to the seller ???
