Card not verfied
I am a Newbie, I have a item that a buyer is interested in buying. He sent me a link to click on and stated complete? I scan the link
with my camera, filled out the information it was asking for, then it stated couldn't verify the information? My card is on file on my profile

Buyers do not need to have you verify anything before they can purchase.
What you describe is a phishing message to get your card information. You need to contact the card issuer ASAP.
If it was a bank card contact your bank immediately to report the fraud so they can take steps to protect your account.
