Card listings blocked by community filters

Question

I am trying to list 2 Magic: the Gathering cards. Jihad from Arabian Nights, and Invoke Prejudice from Legends. Both are being blocked by the automatic filter. Yet, when I search, I can see multiple copies of each card listed and recently sold. How do I get the system to allow me to list these cards and mention their name, so that they may actually sell?

-- Here is the policy that applies https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/offensive-material-policy?id=4324

Items with racist, anti-Semitic, or otherwise demeaning portrayals, for example through caricatures or other exaggerated features, including figurines, cartoons, housewares, historical advertisements, and golliwogs
Any item that is anti-Semitic or any item from after 1933 that bears a swastika
Media identified as Nazi propaganda
Listings that imply or promote support of, membership in, or funding of a terrorist organization
and more

Invoke Prejudice and Jihad cards have racist overtones and is not allowed on eBay.

Even though you may see other listings, it doesn't mean the item is allowed.

✓ The other listings you see are like the cars speeding by on the highway. Many will get "pulled over by eBay"... their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, and they get a serious warning on their account. Or, their account will be closed.

I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings but trust me, sellers who violate policies do get caught.

I know this isn't the answer you want to hear. You can find other marketplaces where you can sell these items.
