card help
My card keeps getting declined I would put in the info and when I click bid it declines when I look at some ones else item to bid my card disappears and I have to retype the information
and yes the info is saved on my profile as preferred card

Try another card, if possible.
Not every card can be used to place a bid or make an offer. If the seller requires a payment method in advance, the card must support a reversible payment hold for the full amount, plus any shipping and taxes, and the buyer must meet all the seller's requirements in order to successfully place a bid or make an offer.

OP1 year agoMy card has money it’ll it it took my Venmo bid no issue

·1 year agoAs @eburtonlab @stated, the card must support a reversible hold. Not all cards are capable of that.
