Caramel payments using credit card

Sellers payment options says he Accepts Caramel, which is eBay approved

I contacted him, he says he dont

id like to pay with credit card to eBay, is this possible?

Sellers do not have a choice regarding the buyer payment methods since all payments for purchases must go through Ebay, not directly to the seller.

When you go through the Ebay checkout to pay for your purchase, these are the acceptable forms of payment:
