A buyer would like to pay for an item with Caramel. I have never heard of this. Is it legit and what are the fees if any?

Caramel is only for vehicle purchases/sales.

Sorry, I totally missed the motorcycle in your sold items.
I found this page with the fees - the seller pays no fee unless there is loan to handle, or the price is less than $1,000. The buyer has choices based on what services they need.
