Caramel Dealer Title/Registration Service
I bought a car on eBay and mistakenly decided to go through Caramel. They advertised that it will take 45-60 days. It's been 5 months (150 days) and the bank has yet to receive the title and no tags. Do you think Caramel's services is performing as promised?
