Car was sold one day, next day buyer said "I don't want it anymore".
Is this correct? Can a buyer decide not to buy my car anymore? Isn't there a commitment to buy? I had to relist the car and Ebay charged a second selling fee, $79.00 + $79.00. I am trying to be reimbursed, but I can't contact anyone who is human, only the Ebay automated agent, which doesn't understand what I try to explain.

Mentor2 years ago@fmvidal Sorry that happened but eBay Motor sales are not binding, either party can walk away. The listing fee is due even if it doesn't sell that's why you were charged to list again.

You can try contacting customer service and see if they will give a courtesy refund or not. It doesn't hurt to ask>
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
