car part import fees from Vilnius, Lithuania to the USA?

I'm looking at a car part located in Vilnius, Lithuania that's approximately $125 and says shipping is about $53. It says there "could" be an import fee (tarrif) also. Is there a way to find out for sure if and how much an import and handling fee would be? The item listed says " Due to US customs policies, the buyer of this item will need to pay import fees to the shipping carrier prior to delivery." I want to find out the total cost before I make a purchase.

@57ringo There WILL be tariff fees. How much exactly depends on the country of manufacture for the part. You will have to do some google detective work.

Also be aware that shippers such as UPS, DHL, Fed Ex ( probably others) add on brokerage fees in ADDITION to the tariff.
