Car part did not fit
I had purchased a fuel pump for a Mini Cooper. The part did not fit the car, although based on the seller’s description, it is the correct part. I attempted to get a refund through the seller. The case was open, they sent me an email asking what is wrong with the part, and then they closed the case within hours before I even responded. How do I get eBay to step in and help? I’ve tried numerous occasions all to no avail.
