I done all the hard work and the car never turned up so email seller never replied also opened case and then emailed evri they responded so I sent it to seller and ebay and I have not heard anything since
The car was for a Austitic child for Christmas she bought out of her own money

Your post does not make much sense. What did you send to the seller and ebay? You may want to repost your issue on ebay's U.K. site's community, using the following link, https://community.ebay.co.uk
as this is the U.S. site's community.
Give the members there the purchase date, the last estimated delivery date the item was to have arrived, and other pertinent information, except for the seller's username. If by chance there was tracking information that showed delivery, but you did not receive the item mention that as well.
