Can’t use remaining gift card balance

Question

I’m currently having an issue where I want to use my remaining balance so I click on my balance.

It shows that I clicked it

Then loads

But doesn’t accept

It first happened on the app so I tried using the website and did work initially but now it doesn’t work.

Even using safari makes no difference

What are you trying to purchase? Some items can't be bought with gift cards.

The Gift Card also may not be used to buy eBay Gift Cards, third party gift cards, gift certificates, coupons, coins, paper money, virtual currency, or items generally considered to be “bullion” (for example, gold, silver, and other precious metals in the form of coins, bars, or ingots).
