Can't use my Paypal
When I try to make a purchase, it won't let me. I've contacted my bank and they said ebay is asking for a pin. I never get anything from anyone asking for anything. What should I do?

Not sure what your bank has to do with not being able to pay through Paypal when you purchase on Ebay.
On the checkout page when processing your payment, you should see Paypal as one of the payment choices.
You would have to log in to your Paypal account and then go back to the checkout page to complete your payment.
