Can't upload pictures from mobile device....
How sad! The software geniuses at ebay are again working in real time instead of the back end which is software updates 101. So their practicing goes live without checking it first and now we all suffer as sellers as well as the company which loses so much money. It is the weekend and when you are listing on a desktop and click upload mobile pics, you get the message to upload the photo's but doesn't take you to the site to upload anymore. This started happening this morning 1/24/2026 and of course over a weekend, so those that are experiencing it will not be able to upload their pics on their listings. Does anyone have a "go around" so we can offset the mistakes of the software geniuses updates in real time?

I am not experiencing this, however here is troubleshooting and a work around.
Troubleshooting
If you are not getting notifications, or can't access your photos on the phone, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app to enable notifications and to allow both photo and camera access.

- Log into the App using the SAME eBay account as is on your computer/tablet.
- If you have blocked eBay notifications on your app, you won't get a notification.
- If the app doesn't have access to your photos, you can't select them.
- Make sure you don't have "Do Not Disturb" on.
Workaround
Save your draft on the computer.
Open the eBay app and select your draft. Click add photos, select the photos. Click Done.
Return the website to complete your draft.
