can't upload photos onto ebay listing
Chrome. This started about a few months ago. I deleted all chrome history all times. Restarted windows, chrome and still it doesn't load. The symtom is it said 1 photo added but my listings doesn't show the photo at all !
Can someone help ? I tried open a ticket with ebay for months and no help from there !
Next thing I could think of is using ebay cellphone app which I don't prefer. I prefer using PC for email and ebay listings.

OP2 years agoI am also wondering how to keep track of my post in ebay community, can any one help ? It is not a standard unix forum blog where I get an email if there is any reply for my post ? And I have trouble locating my this post of yesterday. Can someone help ?

OP2 years agoAs of today, I contacted ebay Canada facebook user id and tried uploading my photos via my cellphone, without using ebay.ca app and it seemed to work for now for me.
Switching browser to MS Edge, clearing browser cache in chrome didn't work for me. I am so glad that at least I have a cellphone way to upload photos for now. Ebay agents are responsive but I need real technical help which seem to be lacking on ebay. This upload problem has been praguing me since March 2024. I am glad at least I can upload photos via cellphone for now.
Please help if you have a permanent solution for me because I am a PC user and not a cellphone user.
When it also didn't work on another browser, it seemed the problem is on ebay's server end. Please advise anyone, help ?
