Can't upload photos from mobile device to list item
I had windows 7. eBay said it would not support. I got Windows 11. Ever since I have been unable to upload photos from mobile device. I have tried all their suggestions - remove mobile app, reinstall, empty cache.
Although I had not changed mobile photos format, I changed to jpeg. Any suggestions on how a computer challenged can get up and running again?

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a mobile browser to reach eBay instead.
