Cant understand seller, package missing

Question

I bought an item and tracked it. It said delivered but didnt come. I contacted the seller, but they're from Spain and I dont understand what they are saying, even when translated. The shipping company has no contact information that i can find. What should I do?

Unfortunately, you may have fallen prey to the False tracking number scam and an international shipping version of it. You filed a claim through eBay that you did not receive the item but since tracking showed it was delivered, they ruled against you.

You need to get a document from the carrier stating that the package was not delivered to your address and then contact eBay with that information to prove delivery confirmation was to a different address than yours. Make sure you tell eBay it was a False tracking number scam.

If for some reason eBay does not refund you then you will have to pursue a dispute with your card company or PayPal. Just know that if you do that eBay will not support you at all if you run into issues with the dispute.
