Can't turn off a promotion on an item
I can't turn off promotion for an item. I thought I had it turned off about 5 days ago but I continue to get charged daily from $10-20 for promoting it. Yesterday, I tried deleting the item, but the platform didn't accept the deletion, and the item is still active as of today. I seem to be caught up in some type of loop where I can't manage the promotion or the item. On top of that I can't delete my bank account number so the ACH charge keeps happening. Please help.
