Can't submit a refund request after 6 attempts
I have tried 6 times to submit a refund request and the page will not allow me to submit the request. Contacted the seller directly and he wishes to give me a partial refund for a defective item that is not usable. I am looking for a full refund and call tag to return the defective item but am now caught in an EBAY loop! Who do I talk too?
