Mentor2 years agoIf you have an android phone, make sure you have the latest version of Google Play Services and Google Play Store. Many new phones have older versions that can cause problems getting the latest version of the eBay app, and older app versions can be erratic.

Then make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app. Or else try uninstalling, restarting your phone, then installing the latest version of the eBay app.
