You have made a mistake in your Shipping details, either the weight or the dimensions or both. If you accidentally put a weight or dimension in that exceeds the selected shipping method specifications then Buyers will get that message.

OP1 year agoYou are right. Thanks for the help. I had 126" for one dimension when it should have been 12".
