Can't ship to location

Question

I've got customers saying they can't pay, the site says I don't ship to their location. These are folks who've been regular customers for months. I haven't changed my settings recently; they still say ship anywhere in US. Anyone know anything about this?

When buyers see that you do not ship to their location, it usually means there is an error in your shipping. I see you have 3 listings where it states "Shipping not specified"

Revise the listings and fix the shipping, and your buyer should not be able to purchase and pay.
