Can't ship to local buyer
I'm offering an item for sale in the Toronto area, and I have a buyer in Toronto who wants it shipped locally, but he says my listing says I won't ship to a buyer within Canada. This is nonsense but I don't see how to fix it. I don't have any excluded destinations selected.

When I look at your item, I see only shipping to the US - shipping is not set up for any other country. It sounds like you need to add shipping to Canada. Did you list the item on ebay.com instead of ebay.ca?

GOOD CATCH! I am using my cellphone so I didn't notice that.
It does look like they listed on .com by mistake

OP1 year agoThanks, and you're right, that was the problem. I'm in Canada but the item was listed on eBay.com.
All fixed now.

This is ebay.com, I don't know the quirks of the Canada site.
When a US seller gets that message for a US buyer it usually means that the package dimensions or weight are too much for the selected shipping method. Sometimes it's just a typo on the listing.
