Can't ship overseas, even though EIS is enabled and I have no specific shipping restrictions toggled
I am a US seller with an item for sale. A buyer from Australia wishes to purchase the item, but they say they can't purchase as the item as it can't be shipped to them. I am enrolled in the EIS program with no restrictions, and the specific item listing does not have any shipping restrictions toggled "on".
I'm at a loss as to why this is happening, and I have shipped other items overseas (including Australia) through the EIS program with no issues.
Is there another shipping option that is over-riding the EIS setting, perhaps?
Thanks!

The item could be restricted from shipping to that country or the package size exceeds the EIS limits. Those two reasons come to mind.

OP8 months agoThank you for the reply - the item is a small package and not of a restricted nature
(motorcycle dashboard assy), so I don't think that is the issue.

I looked at a handful of your listings. Only half of what I saw shipped outside the USA.
