Can't ship item...on vacation
I sold an item but I am away on vacation and not at home where the item is located. So I can't ship it on a timely basis. What do I do? By the way, I contacted the buyer and he is fine with waiting until I return, But Ebay is saying I have to ship within 3 days of the sale.

Mentor2 years agoI see a Sold item on November 28, but no notice that you are on vacation.
In the future, this is what is needed to alert buyers that you are on vacation:

Mentor2 years agoSellers are required to ship within their stated handling time. If you don't, you'll receive a ding on your shipping metrics.
You should complete the sale to your buyer when you return, but in the future, if you are going to be away, you need to either set up Time Away or change your handling time.
