Can’t ship
Put lunchbox up for sale in August and didn’t sell. Item was automatically relisted and was able to cancel and then relisted again and wasn’t able to cancel before selling. Problem is item is in Oakbrook il and I am in west coast for next few months and can ship it. Tried to many times to try to connect with live contact to explain situation.

Mentor1 month agoDon't you have someone in Oakbrook, IL that can ship the item for you? If not, you can use the CONTACT BUYER link in the transaction and explain to the buyer that you cannot ship for 2 months, so you can refund the buyer, and relist the item in 2 months when you can ship, if it is OK with the buyer. If not OK, then file a cancellation and that will refund the buyer automatically.
